IN-Derma

Private practice for dermatology & plastic-aesthetic surgery

Our services

Our experienced team of specialists is pleased to welcome you to our private practice in Ingolstadt. We can offer you, from a single source, the combined expertise of both specializations - dermatology and plastic surgery. For example, if you are diagnosed with dermatologically suspicious skin tumors, we can remove them according to aesthetic aspects with the least possible scarring and the greatest possible safety. A multimodal scar treatment of younger and older scars is guaranteed by both specializations.

Our specialties include:

Skin Cancer Screening

Skin Cancer Screening

Skin cancer is one of the most common cancers and is also on the rise in Europe. Early detection is crucial for the prognosis. Regular skin cancer screening is therefore recommended. Screening intervals depend on your individual risk profile. We will be happy to inform you about the screening intervals that make sense for you.

During screening examinations, modern digital dematoscopy technology can be used in our practice to collect and document findings. This way, skin changes can be diagnostically classified and, if necessary, observed over a longer period of time. Unnecessary operations can thus be avoided and necessary operations can be planned in a timely manner. Major operations will be performed by our specialists for plastic and aesthetic surgery, if necessary.

Aesthetic removal of skin lesions

Aesthetic removal of skin lesions

We perform surgical removal of benign or malignant skin changes, aiming for the best possible aesthetic result. Smaller operations are possible in our practice. Larger operations can be performed by our experienced plastic surgeons in the outpatient surgery center at Ingolstadt Hospital. If necessary, inpatient accommodation is also possible. Therefore, in our practice we can offer you the spectrum from diagnostics to surgical therapy of even large skin tumors from one source.

Laser treatment

Acne

Acne

Acne is a skin disease often appearing in adolescence. Depending on individual predisposition it might also persist longer or start later in life. The most frequently affected areas are face, chest and back.

A combination of different procedures is necessary for a successful therapy. Prescription preparations are used which are suitable for individual forms of acne. Various cosmetic treatments represent an important pillar. In our practice we offer intensive cleansing with our modern Hydrafacial device, during which the skin is gently and thoroughly professionally cleansed. Another treatment option, among others, is a treatment with the Dermapen. The selection of the right skin care products is also crucial. We will of course be happy to advise you on this. For acne scars (and other types of scars), our Picoway laser system can be used.

Anti-Aging

Wrinkle treatment

Wrinkles can be treated by surgical procedures as well as by injections of botulinum toxin (Botox) or filling materials. The selection of the appropriate technique depends on the extent and location of the wrinkles.

Botulinum toxin (Botox)

Injection of botulinum toxin prevents contraction of the treated muscle. This smoothes wrinkles in the corresponding area. The full effect sets in after about 3-5 days and remains for about 3-6 months.

Filler

In our practice, hyaluronic acid fillers are used to fill skin wrinkles. These are easily degradable by our body and therefore have few complications. Usually, the effect achieved by hyaluronic acid injection lasts for 6-9 months.

Dermapen

The DermaPen is a medical micro-needling treatment. The skin is perforated superficially by fine vibrating needles with many tiny micro channels. This stimulates the natural elastin and collagen synthesis, regenerative processes are promoted. The result is firmer skin and a rejuvenating effect. Large pores, stretch marks, scars, wrinkles, sun spots and other skin changes can be improved with the Dermapen. The skin regenerates very quickly. The effect of medical micro-needling by the Dermapen is much more intensive than other cosmetic dermaroller treatments due to the vertical and deeper, more thorough action.

Hydrafacial

Hydrafacial™ is a non-invasive method of skin rejuvenation. The skin is cleansed deep into the pores and hydrated to deep layers. The special Vortex technology stimulates the blood circulation of the skin. General signs of ageing can be reduced by Hydrafacial™. Oily and congested skin is sustainably cleansed. Sustainable, long-lasting results are achieved, especially in combination with other methods. Positive effects on your skin are already visible within a few days: your complexion looks fresh, clear and radiant.
